It is stated many times on my site that this kind of action is not allowed, but of course some people will always choose to disobey the rules.

When you contact me, please tell me which category your icon(s) are in, and what their ID number or file name is. You can determine the ID number by right clicking the icon and selecting "properties". Just copy and paste either the whole URL of the icon, or copy the file name of it. Please also tell me your name, your email address, and what your website address is (if you have one).

Also, if you see icons that belong to someone else's website but the website is not yours, do not email me about it. Email the webmaster of the site whos icons are on my site and tell them about it. Only email me if you are the actual webmaster.
