Agreement Between dollbuddieicons.net and it's users:

Members of dollbuddieicons.net must be at least 13 years or older to participate in our unique services. Dollbuddieicons.net does not sell information about its members such as name or address. This information is only used for contact purposes. Passwords of all users are securely encrypted in our database and are only sent to your e-mail address when needed. At no times will dollbuddieicons.net employees check passwords or ask you for your password. If this happens please notify one of the site owners and we will take the necessary actions against whoever is requesting this information. All information you submit to this site is never given away for any type of reason unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimer

All of the cartoon dolls used on dollbuddieicons.net to create buddy icons came from the chat software called "The Palace". Also, most of the props in the Doll Icon Maker came from "The Palace". Backgrounds were made and drawn using programs such as: Adobe Photoshop, Jasc Paint Shop Pro, Jasc Animation Shop Pro, and Paint. All layouts shown on this site were designed and created by the owner of dollbuddieicons.net unless stated otherwise.

The icons at dollbuddieicons.net are made by the owner, the helpers, and the majority of icons are submitted by visitors, like yourself. Dollbuddieicons.net does not encourage visitors submitting icons that are not made by themselves, but we are not personally responsible if this happens. If you see icons on this site that are legally yours, however, please contact me and I will quickly remove them. Also, I do not encourage visitors submitting icons that were made using icon makers, such as the one on my site, because the icons are not truly original and unique.

You must be 13 years of age or older to view this site. Some icons may be alcohol, sex, or drug related and contain profanity. Please only access this site if you feel you are mature enough to handle these kinds of icons.

Do not take, steal, or redistribute any if the icons, layouts, or graphics that are used on this website. The icons are only available for personal use for AIM Instant Messanger, Message Boards, and other various chat programs. I know that many icons were not made by the owner of dollbuddieicons.net and were donated, but in respect of other people's hard work please do not redistribute any of their icons to other sites. Please do not submit any of the icons on this site to any other large icon sites. People work very hard on the icons they make, and it is very inconsiderate to redistribute them without their permission.

Submitting Icons

Rules To Submit An Icon

These are the rules that you must follow in order to submit an icon. Please make sure you read all of them, they are very important. These rules are here to ensure that Doll Buddie Icons displays the most quality doll icons on the net. Dollbuddieicons.net has the right to delete icons that do not follow these rules before even showing up on the site. If users are continually uploading icons that were stolen from other sites, or icons that break the rules, then dollbuddieicons.net has the right to delete the user's account.

1. Icons must be submitted in the proper categories.

2. Do not submit any hateful icons, such as "Avril sux!" or "Britney is a slut!"

3. Icons that contain mild profanity, sexuality, drugs or alcohol will be accepted.

4. Names Icons will be accepted, but must only go in the names category.

5. Do not upload any icons that say "katy loves aaron" or any kind of relationship icon that includes names.

6. Do not submit any icons that were 100% made by the use of icon makers, including icons from dollisland.net or icons made with my icon maker. However, if you make icons from my icon maker but really show that you have changed them enough to make them unique, dollbuddieicons.net will accept them.

7. Prep icons (aka the larger kind of doll icons) only go in the "prep" category.

8. Always test out your icon as an actual AIM icon before you submit it, just to make sure that it will actually fit and won't be too big (especially if it is animated).

9. Do not submit icons that are poor quality, fuzzy, or distorted. Only submit quality icons.

10. Only submit doll icons. Pictures of celebrities and movie stars may be accepted, though.

11. Only submit icons that are saved in .GIF format.

12. All icons you submit must be 48 x 48 pixels.

13. The most important rule of all......only submit icons that you have actually made yourself. Do NOT go to other icon sites, save the icons, and upload them to my server. That is not what my site is all about. If I find out that people submit icons that are from other icon sites, they will be deleted.
